If you know me you'd be fully aware that I have a thing for vintage dresses, and when I say "thing" I mean slight obsession. I have always loved vintage dresses and the style of most era's before the 70's. 
I'm a huge advocate for vintage shopping but I have always run into the same problem whether it's ordering vintage dresses from online or finding them at my local shops... the fit of the garment. I am totally disproportional! Well, I am with measurements as far as vintage dresses are concerned. I have to take most dresses in, and only in some areas (ahem, mostly the bust) and well I will just say I have a slew of "needs to be altered" vintage dresses hanging in my closet now.

Though I love true vintage, I also L-O-V-E modern day wear made to look vintage! Especially clothes that are made well! Take for example the dresses shown above. Awesome right?!
