ten year photo shoot

We had decided a while ago we wanted to have a photo-sesh to commemorate our ten year wedding anniversary. In between that time of deciding and the actual photoshoot I became friends with some amazing peeps who made all my dreams come true (as far as photo shoots go that is)

First was Karis from Re-newd Styling. She stylizes events and photo shoots. When I realized she had a mint colored trailer we could use I was instantly sold and honestly didn't care what else her creative mind came up with for our shoot because the only thing I was thinking was "mint camper trailer thing"

Of course she blew me away with her styling skillz when we showed up for the actual shoot. Like seriously, I think my mouth hit the floor. She is beyond talented and has had her work featured on Green Wedding Shoes and worked with some amazing photographers. So besides having her as a friend and being a gem to work with it was an honor to have her style this for our special day. 

Now the gal who made these props come to life was our fabulous photographer Emily from Oopsy Daisy Photography. I met her through a circle of local friends through Instagram of all places and am blessed to call her one of my friends now. 

This was hands down the most fun we have even had taking photos and forgot that we were even there to take photos because of all the messing around which had us cracking up ninety percent of the time. Now let me tell you , this girl gotz talent mmmkay? 

In between her hilarious comments and spunky attitude her professionalism dazzled us + knew how to make us "look good" so to speak. 

The outcome of the shots she took our insanely awesome and I'm just sharing a few of my faves with you today because there was just so many to choose from. Like literally hundreds! 

Also her sweet assistant Alicia was there snapping behind the scenes shots and even recorded video and so I made a little vignette of our day for you all. Seriously watch it, you'll thank me later, it may be the best four minutes of your day today. Scroll to bottom to watch!
