Cross Country Cookin'

Let me start by saying that this weeks recipe was my favorite thus far! So yummy and will definitely be making this dish again. And again. And again.
Jenn informed me that this recipe was given to her by her sis-in-law Stacey and tried it for the first time herself last week. She was such a fan she knew she had to pass it along to me, which I'm so glad she did.

Baked Oatmeal
-3 c. rolled oats
-3/4 c. sugar
-2 tsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-1 c. milk
-1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
Mix ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish.  (can refrigerate over night b/f cooking if it's for breakfast the next morning)
Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
To serve, pour additional milk over top and mix.

They both loved it as well.
I would definitely advise everyone to make this tonight and bake it in the morning. What a fabulous way to start off your week! Or you could make this
Enjoy!
